I have performed the steps and we still have the issue. We have found one computer that does not have the issue. Office Office Template Library not showing – Microsoft Q&A – Question Info

 
 

It does not allow me to find my “personal” templates. I have however found that I had not defined a “Default personal templates location”. Any ideas how to corral all the different templates hiding in different Office directories in to one easy to find location?

Really a mess the way it is now. I preferred the older designs that made it simple to navigate to the desired templates–the new design makes it difficult to figure out where the template is coming from.
