Examples of using dates as criteria in Access queries
Just below the name of the field, you will see a field representing a single value of the multivalued field. For example, select General Date for a date field. In other words, if you dtae alternate criteria, how do you enter them? The criteria needs the “And” operator between the dates.

I need some basic step by help on creating a date range query. I have exhausted my efforts. For example, employee contact me and tells me they are going to be out of work from June 1 thru June 5. I would like to pull a monthly query list that will tell me how many people were out of work for each date for the given month. In this case would be June.

Do you have a table of absences, a table of attendance non-absences , a table of “work days” when employees are expected to be at work, or what?
To show every day in a month, you need a utility table named Numbers that containd one field named Num and populated with values 1 through Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
